Resale Referee is run by WeldonPC in Ohio. Using the site means you accept these terms. Effective October 10, 2026.

Plain rules

What the site is: A notice board where officials list used gear to sell or give away. Resale Referee is not a party to any sale. It does not handle payments, shipping or returns, does not hold money, and does not check sellers, buyers or the gear.
Posting a listing: Only list gear that is yours to sell or give away. Describe it honestly, with your own photos, its real size and condition, and the price (or say it is free). Delete the listing once the gear is gone. Each listing, and the deal that follows, is the seller's responsibility.
Not allowed: Stolen, counterfeit or recalled items; anything illegal to sell; listings that are not officiating gear; spam, repeat posts and advertising; other people's personal information; and anything abusive or misleading.
Buying: Meet in person at a rink or another public place, look the gear over, and pay only when you have it in hand. Never send money to someone you have not met.
Removal: Listings, comments and accounts that break these rules or look like spam can be removed without notice. Listings can also expire.
Your content: You keep ownership of what you post. You allow Resale Referee to show it on the site, in search results and in share links while it is up.
Paid options: Spotlight and the Seller Pass are not on sale during the preview and nothing is charged. Their terms will be published on the pricing page before they go on sale.
No guarantees: The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not responsible for the gear, for deals between users, or for what users say or do.
Changes and questions: These terms are written in plain words by the site's operator; they are not legal advice. When these terms change, the date above changes. Questions go through the contact page. See also the privacy notice.
